How do I view my rewards?

Simply click the Account icon next to the shopping cart on our website and log in using the email associated with your purchases.

Once logged in, you’ll see your available points and exclusive rewards.

How do I redeem my rewards?

After signing into your account, select the reward you’d like to enjoy.

A personalized discount code will appear—copy this code and enter it in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field at checkout before completing your order.

Can I apply my reward after placing an order?

Unfortunately, rewards cannot be applied once an order has already been processed.

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, reward codes must be entered at checkout prior to placing your order.

Can rewards be combined with other promotions?

Reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise noted.

My reward code isn’t applying—what should I do?

Most issues can be resolved quickly. Please confirm that:

  • Your order meets the minimum purchase requirement
  • The reward code was copied and pasted correctly
  • The code was entered before checkout was completed
