Refund policy

Regular-Priced Merchandise

·        Regular-priced apparel is eligible for a refund, provided the returned merchandise is received at our location within 10 days of delivery.

·        Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less applicable outbound shipping costs.

Sale Merchandise

·        All sale apparel, except items in our $49–$69 category, is eligible for an exchange or online store credit, provided the returned merchandise is received at our location within 30 days of delivery.

·        Items in the $49–$69 category are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Ordering Two Sizes of the Same Style

Not sure which size will fit best? We understand!

·        When you purchase two different sizes of the same style, you may return the size that doesn't fit for a full refund, provided the returned item is received at our location within 15 days of delivery.

·        This special return privilege applies to both regular-priced and sale apparel, excluding items in our $49–$69 Final Sale category.

Jewelry & Accessories

·        All jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.

These items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or online store credit.

Merchandise Condition Requirements

·        To qualify for a return or exchange, all merchandise must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.

Returned items must also meet the following requirements:

·        Be free of odors, including perfume, smoke, body odor, or other fragrances.

·        Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations.

·        Have all original buttons, embellishments, and accessories intact.

·        Be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or other visible signs of use.

·        Merchandise that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

·        If a returned item does not meet our merchandise condition requirements, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to them.

Return Shipping & Exchanges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

·        However, if you request an exchange for a different size of the same style, we are happy to cover the outbound shipping cost of your replacement item.

·        Exchanges must be for merchandise of equal value. If the replacement item is priced higher, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.

Joseph Ribkoff Orders

Please allow up to 10 days for processing on Joseph Ribkoff merchandise, as certain garments may require special ordering.

Return & Exchange Limitations

·        Unique Apparel USA reserves the right to limit or decline excessive returns or exchanges to ensure a fair and consistent shopping experience for all our valued customers.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs on international orders.

• International returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery.

• Merchandise must be in original condition, with tags attached. Worn, used, or altered pieces cannot be accepted.

How to Make a Return or Exchange:

To ensure your return or exchange is processed as quickly as possible, please include ALL the following information inside your return package:

• Include your order number, full name, and phone number.

• Provide the style number of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return/exchange. You may contact us through Live Chat, email, or phone and we can check availability and, when possible, set aside your requested replacement size.

• For exchanges, specify the style, color, and size you’d like instead. If you’d prefer store credit, let us know and we’ll email confirmation once processed.
