At Unique Apparel, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. We’ve carefully crafted our return and exchange policies to ensure a smooth experience, while keeping our collections fresh and exclusive.

U.S. Domestic Return Policy
• Regular-priced items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs) or an exchange.
• Items returned between 11–30 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or store credit toward a future purchase.
• Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. All items priced at $69 & under are Final Sale.
• Any item priced at $69 or below that is returned will be donated to local charities or responsibly discarded. This also applies to
plus-size adjusted items ($79).
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if you request an exchange for the same style in a different size,
we are happy to cover the outbound shipping for your replacement.
• Exchanges must be of equal value; any price difference will be charged. We reserve the right to limit excessive returns or
exchanges.
• Please keep your return tracking number—we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
• Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or missing buttons will not be accepted.
• If you order two of the same style in different sizes, you may return the second size for a full refund within 15 days, whether it was on sale or not.
• All jewelry is Final Sale.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs on international orders.
• International returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• Exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery.
• Merchandise must be in original condition, with tags attached. Worn, used, or altered pieces cannot be accepted.

How to Make a Return or Exchange
• Include your order number, full name, and phone number.
• Provide the style number of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return/exchange.
• For exchanges, specify the style, color, and size you’d like instead.
• If you’d prefer store credit, let us know and we’ll email a confirmation once processed.
• Online orders may be returned in-store, but you must notify us beforehand. Refunds for online purchases cannot be processed
in-store.
