United States Domestic Return Policy:
*Regular Priced items returned within 10 days of delivery are eligible for an exchange or a refund less our shipping costs.
* Regular priced items returned within 30 days may be exchanged for anything available on our website or a credit for future purchase.
*A credit is good for two years.
*ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached*All merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, buttons removed, has been altered or has had the price tags removed etc. is not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. Please note that garments that arrive perfumed or having any other odors, such as cigarettes etc. cannot be accepted, please make sure to try on garments without perfume etc.
*Sale priced items are only eligible for an exchange, or a credit for future purchase as long as the item is returned within 30 days.
ALL $49 and below Items are Final Sale. No Refunds or Exchange for any reason. Any $49 and below item that is returned will be donated to local charities or discarded.
*Postage to ship items back to Unique Apparel is paid by the customer. However, as a courtesy, we pay the outbound shipping costs if you decide to exchange.
*Exchanges must be of equal value, or customer will be charged for any price difference. Please note we reserve the right to limit excessive exchanging.
*Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We cannot refund or exchange an item that has been lost or damaged in transit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please be sure to include in your return shipment the following:
**Order number, your name and phone number, item style number and the reason for return/exchange request (Very Important)
**If exchanging please provide the style number, color, and size of the item you are requesting to be sent to you as an exchange.
**If you are not ready to select and exchange, please let us know and we will email you confirmation of store credit.
