No need to call or email us for return/ exchange approval, simply read and follow the terms, and send to address below.

United States Domestic Return Policy:

• Regular Priced items returned within 10 days of delivery are eligible for an exchange or a refund less our shipping costs.
• Regular priced items returned within 30 days may be exchanged for anything available on our website or credit for future purchase.
• Sale priced items are only eligible for an exchange or credit for future purchase if the item is returned within 30 days.
• ALL $69 & below sale items are Final Sale. No Refunds or Exchange for any reason. Any $69 & below sale item that is returned will be donated to local charities or discarded. This includes $69 sale items that are marked up to $79 due to plus size pricing.
• Postage to ship items back to Unique Apparel is paid for by the customer. However, as a courtesy, we pay the outbound shipping costs if you decide to exchange for the same style in a different size.
• Exchanges must be of equal value, or customers will be charged for any price difference. Please note we reserve the right to limit excessive returns & exchanges.
• Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We cannot refund or exchange an item that has been lost or damaged in transit.
• All merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, buttons removed, altered, or has the price tags removed etc. is not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. Please note that garments that arrive perfumed or have any other odors, such as cigarettes etc. cannot be accepted, please make sure to try on garments without perfume etc.
• If you order 2 items in the same style but different sizes, should you choose to return one, you will be refunded up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
• All jewelry is final sale. No exceptions.

International Outbound Shipping & Return Policy

• Customer pays all out-bound and in-bound shipping costs of all international orders and exchanges.
• International returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
• All exchanges must arrive within 30 days of the customer receiving the merchandise.
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or has had price tags removed etc. is not eligible for an exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Please be sure to include in your return shipment the following:

• Order number, your name and phone number, item style number and the reason for return/exchange request (Very Important)
• If exchanging please provide the style number, color, and size of the item you are requesting to be sent to you as an exchange.
• If you are not ready to select and exchange, please let us know and we will email you confirmation of store credit.
• All returns must be shipped to our return address below. In-store returns are permitted, but we must be notified before making an in-store return from an online order. Please note, online orders that are returned in-store are not processed in-store.
